Q: Do we have extra charge fee for credit card?

A: We don’t have any extra charge fee for using credit card. However, we accept only visa and master card with the minimum payment of 500 Baht per transaction.

Q: Can I pay deposit with credit card?

A: Yes, however we will refund only in Thai Baht cash when you check out.

Q: How do you calculate your monthly rent?

A: Monthly rent requires at least 25 nights stay. We will use your monthly rent dividing by how many nights in that month and multiple by your actual stay. If you have question about how to calculate your room rent, please consult with our front desk staff when you check in.

Q: Do you have kitchen in Water Lilly (Superior room)? Can I use gas stove in this room?

A: We don’t have kitchen in Water Lilly room. However we have microwave for basic cooking and kitchen sink. We are not allowing any flammable or portable gas stove in our building at all. It is a seriously security concern. Against the rules will be fined and prosecuted under the law.

Q: Can I add extra bed in the room?

A: Yes, you can add extra bed in the room with 500 Baht per night with breakfast for daily stay or 3,000 Baht per month for monthly stay.

Q: I don’t want Thai baht cash when check out. Can I use credit card authorization for the deposit?

A: We don’t have credit card authorization service offer. However, you can deposit in your own currency cash. When you check out, we will refund in your own currency cash.

Q: How many people can stay in one room? If I have children with me, do you charge for extra?

A: We limit only 2 people per room. However you can stay 3 people with extra bed with additional charge 500 Baht per night. Children 10 years old and under are free of charge on room.

Q: Can we use storage room and how much we have to pay?

A: Customer who has booking with us can use storage room for free of charge (limited 2 baggage per booking).
